Grilled Shrimp

*Peeled Shrimp
*Butter
*Some kind of garlic and herb seasoning

Peel your shrimp and put them on skewers, 6 on each. Cover and put back in the fridg for now. The medium size shrimp are usually better priced and don't have to be deviened.

Take some butter and a pile of seasoning in a bowl and melt it in the microwave.
Let the grill get past the point you'd normally put the meat on. You won't need much charcole or a very hot fire, I usually don't even put the lid back on the grill when cooking, don't have time anyway.
Put the shrimp on, brush on the butter/seasoning and sprinkle on a little more seasoning. By the time you get that all done and take a sip of your beer, it's time to turn'em over and do the same thing on the other side. About 2 minutes or LESS per side, don't overcook them, soon as they turn pink, they're done.

One of the easiest, quickest and best meals you can fix. Who ever eats with you will think you really did something, as long as you don't overcook them. We buy 5 to 10 pounds of shrimp evey year from the gulf, wash them and put about two servings in a freezer bag. Throw a bag in the fridg on the camper and your good to go.
